History:
We have brought the spirit of this cuvée from our essential vines to the heart of our terroir, exclusively composed of our Chardonnays from Bethon our Essential cuvée will be the expression of this so emblematic grape as we perceive it.
Blend: 100% Chardonnay,
Organoleptic style:
Sharp, elegant, the Essentielle cuvée will express Chardonnay on its fresh citrus fruits, a floral on hawthorn and white flowers.
Vinification:
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation is not systematic, depending on the characteristics of the harvest year. We favor static lightening before setting.
Aging in the cellar: 36 months
Dosage: 7 g / L
Food and Champagne pairing: Above all, an ideal cuvée for an aperitif and welcoming guests, the Essentielle will go perfectly with a scallop tartare with yuzu or a citrus bar,
